NATURAL WAIST
To find the natural crease of your waist, bend to one side. Your natural waistline is the crease above your navel and below your rib cage. Run the tape measure around this point, keeping it comfortably loose.

HIPS
With your feet/heels together, run the tape measure around the fullest part of your hips, about eight to nine inches below your waistline.

INSEAM
Run the tape measure along the inside of your leg, from just beneath the crotch to the place where you would like your pants to fall. On full-length pants, this length generally falls one inch below the ankle. *On a garment, this measurement indicates the distance between the crotch seam and the hem's edge.

RISE
On a product, the rise indicates the distance between the front waistband edge and the crotch seam. This measurement indicates where the waistline will sit.
